MITA 2023: Lana Del Rey, Florence + The Machine and more for the second edition of the festival

Imagine that I dream of a festival that is present in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro?! The staff of MITA Since last year they have made this a reality, and this year they are back with everything for their second edition, taking big names to the stages of the two most famous capitals in Brazil.

MITA: Music is The Answer

São Paulo has several incredible festivals, and the Rio de Janeiro too, but there's a new festival that, in addition to being incredible, manages to occupy São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Is MITA –Music Is The Answer (Music is the answer)!

Em 2022 happened its first edition with names of national and international weight such as Gorillaz, Gilberto Gil, Rüfüs Du Sol and Matue.

The festival was a complete success in both capitals, and the best proof of that is that the MITA is back with everything, and today the line-up weight with the artists who will be present in this new edition.

Lana Del Rey, Florence + The Machine, Flume e Jorge Ben Jo are some of the names that were present in this new edition that does not lose anything to the line-up 2022, showing that the proposal of the MITA live on.

Lana Del Rey

the biggest of indie rock, that's what we can call Lana Del Rey who has not been to Brazil since participating in the Lollapalooza in 2018.
The singer-songwriter has since released her critically acclaimed “Normal Fucking Rockwell!” and will be the big name of this edition of MITA!

Florence and the Machine

She can't be considered just a singer, but probably a Norse goddess or something close, but the fact is that Florence and the Machine will also be present in this edition of the MITA. The singer's last show in Brazil was also in 2016, and was hailed as one of the best shows of the entire festival.

Flume

Australian DJ Harley Edward Streten is nationally known for his unique sound and completely out of what we are used to. His stage name is Flume and was inspired by a song by singer Bom Iver. Coincidentally, the last appearance of the artist in Brazilian lands was also at Lollapalooza, but in 2017.

HIM

They are three sisters who make up one of the most famous and modern Indie Rock bands with some hits known worldwide and partnerships with big names like Calvin Harris.

The band has never performed in Brazil, so fans can be quite happy with the presence of the three in MITA's line-up.
