New look of the Outlook app starts to be released

In early 2022, the ecosystem announced the new app Outlook focused on offering a better user experience. The company made this redesign in its app, which is considered somewhat outdated, to allow the same experience of the outlook.com now be in the app. The novelty is still being tested with participants from the Office Insiders, but it is already possible to know what has changed in relation to the old app of Outlook. New interface for sending emails

Who is a daily user of the app Outlook you already know that the email exchange tool needs an urgent change to be more usual in everyday life and more dynamic. The company realized this a considerable time ago and in early 2022 released the first version that brought the changes.

In practice, the new version of the app brings a look close to what is already seen in the web version and the first screenshots show a strip on the side for switching between sections, something very similar to what we found in the gmail. Another feature of the new app from Outlook is the possibility to connect Outlook.com, Hotmail and Windows Live personal email accounts. A checkbox has also been added for better viewing of information and it's clear that Microsoft wants to enable a better experience by leaving secondary data where it belongs: in the background.

New Outlook app will receive more news

Still in testing phase for those who are part of the program Office Insiders, a ecosystem announced that the new app of Outlook have native support for third-party email accounts such as Google, Yahoo and iCloud.

The new look underwent changes after the first period of testing and now, it should start to be released to more people. It is likely that the company will do about two more tests before the news is released to all users.

The exchange of the old and new application should be done gradually, but one thing is for sure: it exists and should be made available to everyone, probably from the beginning of 2023. registration in the program Office Insiders can be done free of charge and depends on the approval of the company after completing a registration.
