PlayStation 5: Sony reveals smart TVs designed for the new console

The arrival of a new generation of consoles always moves the electronics market, and the PlayStation 5 could not escape this rule. THE Sony recently revealed two models of televisions "ready" for the upcoming console, and they are integrated with the best for gamers.

Starting with the most basic device, if we may say so, the Bravia X900H (X90H/XH90 Series) comes with a resolution in 4K, HDR factory, 120Hz, input lag 7.2 ms and high contrast technology support Full Array LEDs.

On the other hand, her older sister, Bravia Z8H (ZH8) will have the amazing resolution 8K, and the same specifications as above. In addition, both are equipped with the Acoustic Multi Audio, technology that uses the placement of television speakers to improve sound quality in PlayStation 5 games.

Sony TVs are known for generally having the input lag relatively high, that is, the difference between sending the image through the console until it reaches the television. If this discrepancy is too high, it will result in gameplay delays. The best example can be felt in shooting games such as Call of Duty, which need commands executed instantly. However, Sony has ensured that televisions will have very low latencies.

In addition, they will come equipped with the Bravia Game Mode, which upon detecting your PlayStation 5, will enter low latency mode immediately to optimize the player experience. Another really cool dynamic is the fact that the Dualshock 5 serve as a remote control for the devices.

While they are technologically fascinating, the models come with very high prices. The X900H will be launched for $999,99, while the Z8H will be available for the fun price of $5.999,99 on the 75-inch model, and $8.999,99 on the 85-inch model.

Meanwhile, the PlayStation 5 still doesn't have an official release date, but it will arrive at the end of the year. The fifth console in the PlayStation family will feature some interesting games in its early years. The acclaimed remake of Demon's Souls, developed by Bluepoint Games (Shadow of the Colossus Remake), does not seem to be that far away from hitting stores.

On the other hand, sequences like MARVEL'S Spider-Man: Miles Morales, the stunning Horizon: Forbidden West, Gran Turismo 7, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart and the unprecedented Godfall will populate the island's library. Not counting, of course, the acclaimed third parties, such as Resident evil village, Cyberpunk 2077 e Assassin's Creed: Valhalla.

The PlayStation 5 will have a more minimalist design, in white, with versions with and without disc, and one of the main highlights will be a super fast SSD, which promises to change the loading dynamics for the gaming world.
