How to recover deleted photos?
As soon as you open the program for the first time, you will find three tabs: file recovery, photo recovery and partition recovery. Here, we'll explain how the second tab works, but you're free to use whatever you want. The software itself has a free download for viewing the files to be recovered, allowing the recovery itself after acquiring the license.
Selecting the second tab, you will see the screen below:
Then there will be the option to filter by deleted files. Just click on “Show Deleted“, the last item on the top bar, where you see the “All Data” tabs, followed by “Images”, “Audio” and etc. Another filter that can help you is the file type. Just below the top bar there are the blue and yellow colored tabs, showing “Data View” and “File TypeView“. If you select the second option, you will have folders with the desired file format to recover deleted photos smoothly.
Just select the desired format by clicking on the checkboxes and view the folders with the file numbers indicated below. Then click on “Save” in the lower right corner.
Next, you must select the destination folder, being able to create a new one to recover deleted photos. The program also recommends selecting a different partition (disk) from which you want to recover, so you may be better off inserting a USB flash drive or external HD/SSD to recover deleted photos.
Finally, you have to click on “Save” in the corner again to see all your files back. Numbering and names can have a preset defined by you, but we chose to leave it as the default naming of Remo Recover.
