International attractions
As usual, the gaming event features several international attractions so that fans can take photos, get autographs and, of course, also see their gaming idols up close. And this year, seven international personalities will be present. Let's get to know each of them up close.
Minoru Kidooka
Minoru Kidooka is a veteran of the gaming industry, with over 30 years of experience. He is the president and CEO of Arc System Works, a Japanese game development company. Under his leadership, the company is primarily known for its fighting games, especially the acclaimed series Guilty Gear e BlazBlue and recent titles like Dragon Ball FighterZ.
These titles are notable for their detailed graphics with cel shading technique that gives the impression that you are playing a real anime, as well as complex combat systems. Kidooka was also very important in the expansion of Arc System Works for the international market, consolidating the company as one of the main developers in the fighting game genre.
The veteran will be present at the fair on October 12th, at 13 pm at Terra BGS Talks and, at 15 pm, at TCL Meet & Greet.
Jun Senoue
Known among Sonic fans, Jun Senoue is a Japanese composer and guitarist who became famous working for Sega on the soundtrack for Sonic The Hedgehog from 1990. He is also the guitarist for the band 40 Crush, which he co-founded and which created several iconic songs for Sonic games.
Jun Senoue will be present at the fair, also on October 12, at TCL Meet & Greet, at 14pm. He will also give an interview at Terra BGS Talks at 16pm.
Ikumi Nakamura
Ikumi Nakamura is a Japanese designer and art director with a career spanning over 15 years in the video game industry. She rose to prominence for her work on major titles such as Okami e Bayonetta as an artist and designer, and later as creative director of Ghostwire: Tokyo while I was in Tango Gameworks.
Nakamura became known worldwide after her charismatic presentation at E3 2019. In 2020, she left the Tango Gameworks to found his own studio, seeking greater creative freedom and new opportunities in game development.
Ikumi Nakamura will be present at BGS 2024 at TCL Meet & Greet at 16 pm on October 12th and at 17 pm, he will give an interview at Terra BGS Talks.
shota nakama
giving presentations, shota nakama is the creator of Video Game Orchestra, a project formed by 28 musicians that introduced the concept of performances with an orchestra and rock band, with instrumental versions of popular game songs. It is known in Brazil by its somewhat peculiar name and has many fans in Brazil.
Shota Nakama is at BGS 2024 on October 12th, at 14pm, at TCL Meet & Greet. Later, at 15pm, he will give an interview at Terra BGS Talks.
Shawn Fonteno
You may not know Shawn Fonteno's face, but if you've played GTA V, you'll definitely know his voice. He was the voice actor for Franklin Clinton, despite also being a rapper and actor. He'll be at BGS 2024 on Friday, starting at 14 pm, at BGS Terra Talks and at 15:30 p.m. TCL Meet & Greet.
Roger clark
Roger Clark is an Irish-American actor and voice actor, best known for his work as the voice and motion capture actor for Arthur Morgan, the protagonist of the game Red Dead Redemption 2 (2018), the Rockstar Games.
His performance was widely acclaimed, winning several awards, including the Game Award de Best Performance in 2018. His performance as Arthur Morgan is considered one of the most memorable and impactful in video game history.
Neil Newton
Another voice actor who will be present at the gaming event is Neil Newton, known for Detroit: Become Human (2018), where he performed Elijah Kamski e Gavin Reed, is at Resident evil village (2021), where he played the villain karl heisenberg. He also did a performance Baldur's Gate 3, by giving life to astarion.
Neil Newton will be present at BGS 2024 on October 10th and 11th.
Samsung
By far the best booth of the BGS 2024 is that of Samsung. The company set up a giant space with monitors, smart TVs, smartphones, tablets and notebooks for everyone to test, with famous and AAA titles.

LG & Logitech
A LG e Logitech came together in a single booth to showcase their OLED and QNED smart TV solutions, and all visitors were able to test speakers, mice, keyboards, headphones and monitors.

Nintendo
The company brought, exclusively to Brazilians, a demo version of the game Super Mario Party Jamboree, which will be available in Brazilian Portuguese on October 17. And whoever plays the demo will get a special poster of the title, as well as a cloth backpack and hats featuring Super Mario, Luigi and Peach.
Sega
Anyone who likes Sonic games needs to stop by the Sega booth: in addition to playing demos of the Sonic X Shadow Generations, you can also win posters and stickers, also from the game. The best thing is the possibility of taking photos with the characters (Sonic, Knuckles and Tails), every half hour.
Be sure to stop by the space to take your photo and have the opportunity to test the game before its launch, which takes place on October 22, 2024.
Red Dragon
The year 2024 is the year of the Dragon in China and the Red Dragon, of Chinese origin, was present with a super China-themed booth. There, it is possible to test keyboards, headphones and other peripherals from the brand.
You can also visit the company's circuit and win a red dragon plush to use as decoration. The company also gives out keychains to all visitors to its stand at no additional cost.
TCL
The company set up a 150m² stand and another 50m² stand at the fair, in addition to being the official sponsor of the Meet & Greet for international guests. Those who visit the stand can check out the 115-inch smart TV with QD-Mini LED panel, the largest in the world available to the end consumer, which can be purchased for R$159.
TCL also took advantage of its time at BGS 2024 to launch the smart C855 TV, with QD-Mini LED panel and 4K resolution. Both models feature gaming features such as a special configuration panel, aim assist, support for AMD FreeSync and iMAX Enhanced (which has a higher aspect ratio).
cosplays
Events like the BGS allow the multiverse of characters to connect and provide the Crossovers most epic of all, like finding Chaves talking to the Black Power Ranger and Naturo accompanied by Spider-Man. The guys invest a lot in the characterization and look perfect. The fair is not the same without you!

Where to buy tickets for BGS 2024?
All tickets can be purchased at official website of the event. You can opt for a one-day ticket or a passport, which allows entry on all days of the day. BGS 2024. The big fair takes place between October 09th and 13th, with tickets between R$199 and R$3.999, at Expo Center Norte, in Sao Paulo.
There is a free shuttle service that leaves from near the Portuguesa-Tietê station. Ask the monitors as soon as you leave the station so you don't have to walk to the event location.
