If you are looking for a cost-effective and quality security camera, Intelbras IZC 1003 is a good choice. The camera works via Wi-Fi being configured entirely by the company's app that allows different types of monitoring along with the video. One of the highlights of IZC 1003 is real-time monitoring, which is effective and allows — with just one configuration — to receive notifications on your smartphone for any movement in the environment. Design

A Intelbras IZC 1003 brings a Design minimalist but very pretty. In white, it comes with a small support to keep it steady. This bracket is well fixed and ensures that the camera itself moves around safely. And speaking of movement, it also comes with two tools for its base. One of them is a mega resistant adhesive for you to place the camera in higher places, the other tool is an iron circle with a magnet so that the camera base always stays firm.
The lens itself has a rounded shape and is very reminiscent of the little robots do BBB. On the back of the camera IZC 1003 we have the micro USB connector for power and, on the side, a slot for memory card in microSD standard — which needs to be purchased separately and can be up to 128 GB. Despite do not use USB-C, at least we don't have our own product standard, which would make everything more difficult in case of accidents with the original cable. The good news is that this cable is quite long, almost 3 meters.
A very positive point of the camera is that it is small and light, ensuring ease of installation and also mobility. The dimensions look like this: 66 mm wide, 109 mm high and 66 mm deep. Its weight is only 164 grams.
Camera

One of the most interesting points of this model is that it has a lens with Full HD resolution. Even with only 2 MP, the camera positively surprised me for being able to deliver a quality of respect. THE IZC 1003 is good enough for you to have details of everything she records. Also, there's a night mode that works really well. through the app Izy, available to Android e iOS, you can check the operation of the camera, give zoom meeting, speak into the microphone of the same and even record moments.
Other functions that can be activated by the app are the night vision and motion detection. Despite the possibility of monitoring everything that happens, unfortunately we don't have an option to use the storage of the smartphone or the cloud to save videos, if you need the camera to store everything it monitors somewhere, you need to use a MicroSD memory card — sold separately.
Installation and app

To install the Intelbras IZC 1003 it is very easy, except if taken and the signal of your Wi-Fi are a problem. Yes, your cable is almost 3 meters long, but you don't want a huge cable running through your house, right? The best option in this case is to be able to install your camera close to an outlet. Since the idea of having a security camera is mostly for the front of the house, if you don't have a strong signal from the Wi-Fi, the suggestion is to go after a more powerful router before anything else — the Mesh, for example, will do.
With a good sign — the 2.4 GHz network it is necessary for everything to go well — and in a decided location, you can choose to leave it on a shelf, standing, or simply stick it to a smooth wall with the sticker included in the box. Because it has a hinged rod at the base, it's easy to position it in whatever way is most convenient.
The next steps are in the app. Create your account, if you don't have one, then add the camera to the “+” in the upper right corner and follow the suggested steps. If all goes well, you will now have access to the video and camera settings. The app also allows you to connect the camera to the Google Home and Alexa. I did the test with the Google and, although the connection was a success, the image did not pass the chromecast no way.
Conclusion

Having a personal security camera is the kind of thing I became interested in after testing the Intelbras IZC 1003. It brings together good video quality, ease of use and the best: a good cost benefit. Currently, it can be found by R$ 295 at Amazon and considering everything the kit has to offer, the price is very good.
