The touchpad is a good size, not too big and not too small. You can use gestures to interact with Windows 10, such as using 3 fingers to swipe up. I'm not particularly a fan of the touchpad, so I used it very little, just for basic clicks.

Display and Video Controller

HD quality is enough to watch videos on Youtube and Netflix in great quality. During the tests I watched several videos on the aforementioned platforms and also HD channels via IPTV, I had nothing to complain about.

Performance

The line CQ da Compaq is aimed at home and corporate users, so expect the performance of a notebook to use text editors, browse the internet, watch some videos and send emails, in moderation of course, don't imagine that it will handle opening 15 tabs in the browser and run smooth.

As I said before, don't expect the performance of a notebook for gaming or video editing here. If you are looking for something like this, you can look for other equipment. During the tests I was able to watch videos, edit spreadsheets, documents and browse the Chrome with some moderation, with 5 tabs open the notebook's performance was already starting to be compromised. I also had to uninstall the Bitdefender, antivirus that I use and keep only the Windows Defender, as the machine's performance has dropped dramatically.

Battery

O CQ-17 comes equipped with a battery of 2 LI-ION Cells (2S1P), with 2200 mAh, which in the tests gave me an autonomy with average screen brightness, navigation and document editing of 3 and a half hours.
