The new era is here: we received the motherboard X670E Aorus Master da Gigabyte, designed for high-performance computers and we'll tell you if it's worth the price you pay. This is a top of the line model designed for the new generation of processors. Ryzen 7000 da AMD, socket compatible AM5, designed with high technology, which we will discuss in more detail below.
Features
Among its main characteristics, there is a robust construction with a bold design, it has an E-ATX format, which means that it is a motherboard big and heavy for cabinets Full Tower.
It was also designed with slots memory 4x DDR5 @ 5200 MHz dual channel, which double the speed of computer data transfer and support 24-pin ATX power connectors and 8+8 CPU connector.

As it is prepared to support parts from intermediate to advanced levels, the motherboard needs excellent power management, as well as a good cooling system, otherwise it heats up and does not handle the task, running the risk of spoiling too much. ease. In the case of the X670E, it comes with an advanced thermal design composed of a nanocarbon coating — a material that heats up less — an aluminum rear panel and a 12 W/mk Thermal Conductivity Pad. These components facilitate heat dissipation, preventing it from accumulating in the same region.

Still talking about heat dissipation and energy power, the X670E Aorus Master has a system Digital VRM 16+2+2 twins, the VRMs — or voltage regulator modules, adjust the amount of energy that goes to the CPU, avoiding instability in the operation of the processor. As we are using an AMD 9 7950X processor in this review, VRM quality is of paramount importance and Aorus Master was designed to meet this demand.
To ensure maximum Turbo Boost and overclocking performance of AMD's new generation CPU, GIGABYTE AORUS series motherboard equips the best VRM design ever built with the highest quality components.
Gigabyte
Last but not least, the motherboard features 2 PCIe 5.0 x4 M.2 ready design with 2 PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 with M.2 Thermal Guard III & II, 1 SMD PCIe 5.0 x16 with Ultra Durable Shield ™ and 1 PCIe 4.0 x4 & 1 PCIe 3.0 x2 plus fast 2.5GbE LAN & Wi-Fi 6E 802.11ax connections for wireless internet.
The PCIe 5.0 design supports twice the bandwidth of PCIe 4.0 and ensures it's compatible with high-end SSDs and GPUs released in the coming years at full capacity.

CPU Profile
It is benchmarking da 3DMark that focuses only on processor performance, testing the threads separately, which shows more detailed result. Below, respectively, the results of the new generation AMD 9 7950X processor equipped with our high-end motherboard.
Score on tests multi thread e single thread remained in the pattern of machines with the same level of processing.
The CPU Profile monitoring details show us that the processor remained almost all the time at 86 °C, a very high temperature that indicates the need for extra fans to ventilate the machine.
Cyberpunk 2077
Cyberpunk 2077 is considered a game that demands a lot from the graphic components and the computer's CPU: in relation to crashes or stuttering, there was no problem. But regarding heating and energy, we had some "problems", in moments of high peak and more frantic gameplay the motherboard registered 81 °C of CPU heating, but only 39% of use of it.

We can consider that this result is due to the lack of a cooling system in the setup assembled, because as there wasn't a case that could hold a motherboard of that size, it ended up without the aid of fans to dissipate the heat generated by the processor. Be warned, mid-level and advanced motherboards need the user's attention regarding assembly and installation of enough fans to expel hot air.
Red Dead Redemption II
With Rockstar Games' western game the story was different, the CPU heating did not exceed 68 °C, which is good, the CPU usage was at 11%, showing that there was no stress on the components.
Opinion
Despite getting quite hot — something expected for a motherboard of this size and capacity, the X670E not only did the job but also remained stable during the entire time of use, showing little noise only in moments of high performance, as in the Benchmark tests .
This noise, for example, was not present during gameplay or in daily photo and video editing, which is what I do most in my day-to-day.
We can say that it was a satisfactory result, because on the point of heating, it really lacked a good cooling system with auxiliary fans and I didn't have that resource available. With that in hand, the consumer will hardly go through the same situation, since the construction of this motherboard was developed with that in mind.
It is important to emphasize that I did not have any problems with choking and crashes, approved!
