REVIEW: LG PuriCare 360º is technology for quality of life

The PuriCare 360º focuses precisely on improving air quality, eliminating allergens, a high concentration of ultra-fine dust, odors, gases and also bacteria and viruses — very interesting since the pandemic of Covid-19 still extends in our country.

The idea is very good, but what practical impact will the air purifier have on your home? And in a work environment?

At the top, there is the main fan with a stainless steel touch-sensitive panel that indicates the professional status, such as the current air quality or if there is any odor present, for example. Coating the panel, we have the LED that gives an extra charm to the product. The air purifier has 5 speed levels. At full speed it becomes quite audible, but no more than a regular fan — which didn't particularly bother me. As for the other levels, I guarantee it's extremely quiet — and there's no need to run it at full speed most of the time.

How long to clean an environment?

The speed for it to leave environments with “ideal air quality” is impressive. When turning it on, it takes about 3 minutes in an environment of 20 m². Bearing in mind that the two-filter model is suitable for areas of up to 100 m² and that, according to the LG, needs 25 minutes to leave the environment in “optimal air quality”.

O PuriCare 360º proves to be extremely efficient fighting all types of odors. The main advantage is to make strong smells disappear in an instant. Alcohol sprays, spray deodorants and even cooking smells fade quickly.

An interesting test we did was with cigarette on the living room sofa. Moments after finishing the cigarette, the smell was simply gone. Unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to test it by fighting the smoke of a barbecue in an apartment, but I'm sure that if you want to prevent your house from being smoked for days, the PuriCare 360º is the best option for this job.
