The company, which is preparing to launch the line Galaxy S24 Back in January, it impressed gamers with its models that have a high refresh rate and specifications that will boost games. See initial details.
Odyssey OLED G9

The most premium version of the company's new OLED displays Samsung will hit the market with a 49-inch curved screen, with a refresh rate of 240Hz and QuadHD resolution (5.120 × 1.440), in addition to a 32:9 screen aspect ratio. The company did not inform the curvature of this model's panel, but it is expected to be 1000R, the same as the 9 Odyssey OLED G2023.
Regarding connections, this model has two HDMI 2.1 ports, a USB hub and a DisplayPort 1.4 input. It also has VESA mounting if the buyer wants to install it on the wall, but a base for support on the table will also be available in the box.

We can't forget to talk about support for the application Xbox Game Pass, which allows you to enjoy gaming via the cloud and without requiring a console (but you will still need a separately purchased subscription).
The company has not released the full specifications of the model.
Odyssey OLED G8

O Odyssey OLED G8 hits the market with a 32-inch panel and 240Hz refresh rate. Its resolution is 4K UHD (3.840×2.160) with a 16:9 viewing aspect, in addition to also having the same two HDMI 2.1 ports, a USB hub and a DisplayPort 1.4 input as the larger model. The VESA mount is included here, with the same going for the base to place it on your gaming desk.
The operating system Tizen 2023 is present and it will be possible to install different applications and also enjoy games from Xbox Game Pass with a simple signature. A Samsung confirms that VESA's DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification — which displays at least 400 nits for black tones — is available on this and the other two models announced today.
Another feature that it shares with the other two Odyssey OLED monitors is the multi-control, which will allow you to wirelessly transfer files between compatible tablets, smartphones and notebooks. Another feature is the possibility of controlling connected devices with the pattern Matter, either by voice or by the remote control sent in the box.
The company has not released the full specifications of the model.
Odyssey OLED G6

Closing the ads, another flat screen monitor is the Odyssey OLED G6, which has a 27-inch display with resolution QHD (2.560 × 1.440) and 360Hz refresh rate. Its 16:9 aspect ratio is enough to deliver immersion and, despite the high refresh rate, it should be the cheapest model among the three announcements today.
This monitor has two HDMI 2.1 ports, a USB hub, a DisplayPort 1.4 input, and the 2023 Tizen operating system. AMD FreeSync (present in this and the other two monitors) and VESA mounting for wall installation or base to be placed under a table are also confirmed.
