Samsung announces Exynos processor with 2GHz

Processors Exynos, Samsung, are among the best mobile processing chips in the world. Yesterday (30) the evolution of this successful project was announced, which proves to be twice as fast as the current chip, the Exynos 5250.

The new Exynos is dual-core and will have a clock of 2GHz, apparently a slight bump above the current speed of the fastest Exynos processor, which clocks at 1,5ghz (O Galaxy SII, from the South Korean company, has a clock of 1,2ghz in Brazil).

The next generation of Exynos it's the first SoC (System-on-Chip) to use the architecture A-15, where the real difference is noticed. It is faster and contains faster graphics performance than processors with architecture A9 already existing, and will support resolutions of up to 2560 × 1600.

To see this processor in some device is good to wait. We will only see him on some device in 2012.
