Much is said about technologies that improve the work environment, and to increase the catalog of office products, the Samsung launched on Brazilian soil a new tool for meetings named Flip.
The South Korean company decided to put aside the paper and pen often used in meetings, and make everything more pleasant and faster, as time is limited in modern times. Know more about samsung flip.
Your most dynamic meetings
Presented during the CES 2018, he has a screen 4K (UHD) of 55 inches, and can be used in both horizontal and vertical positions. Sold in Brazil since April of this year, it already represents a change in relation to flip charts traditional ones, given that they were only manufactured in the vertical position. With the concept of eliminating paper and pen altogether, interaction was not left out.
The office product from Korean company allows file sharing via smartphone, tablet, or PC. You can also use the pen that comes with the samsung flip, and with it make notes that you deem necessary, on the display itself. Want to delete all notes? Just slide your palm over the viewfinder. In this way, the meeting can be more participatory, as everyone can participate equally.

Talking more about the pen, it recreates the feel of traditional writing, so you can mark the changes you need to make to your project. You can customize how you want to take your notes by modifying the font size, writing style and color of the notes. But the use is not limited to the accessory, as you can also control all projects through touch, as the Samsung has touchscreen.
Convenience and security united
One of the biggest “problems” of flip charts old ones is the difficulty of being carried around, and that takes a while because they were not designed to be practical. THE Samsung also thought about this point and placed a support with four wheels, allowing a quick transport between one room and another. You can also control the height of the gadgets for better writing.

It scores on practicality and allows files to be shared via Wi-Fi, security is questionable. Users present at the meeting can access up to 20 pages of content that was generated, but it is not only necessary to be connected to the same network to access the files.
All data saved in samsung flip are stored in an internal product database. To access all these files, logged in users need to enter a password set by the administrator. Only after authenticating can they download the content, and then send it by email, save it on a flash drive, external HD, or even send it to print.

The gateway to technology at work
O samsung flip arrives at the offices to make meetings more dynamic and productive. The concept of multiple people being able to control what is being broadcast is clever as it allows multiple ideas to be projected in real time. Of course, with all the organization that a meeting calls for.

The idea of eliminating all paper consumption is also presented in this product, because at the end of the meeting, just connect to the flip chart digital and send everything to your email. The price is perhaps not so attractive: without the base with the wheels it is sold in EUA by US$ 2.699,00 by the company (in direct conversion: R$11,038,00). One of the points to highlight is the possibility of changing it easily. Therefore, it can be classified as a screen. 4K with display touch that can be used in several places, but that also doesn't leave security aside.
