Samsung Ocean has free courses in Pitch, Python, DevOps and Android in December

O Samsung Ocean, training and technological innovation program of the Samsung Brazil, announced the schedule of courses and talks online and free for the month of December. In all, there will be more than 20 free activities in presentations of Pitches, language programming Python, development by DevOps and labs for operating system Android.

Open to all audiences and as the only requirement to be over 13 years old, the program is aimed at those who want to take their first steps in entrepreneurship, including university students and professors, researchers, entrepreneurs, professionals from technology-based companies and the general public.

Interested parties can apply via program website or by Ocean app. The activities start on the 1st and end on the 21st. As happened in the last editions, this month's online classes will also be taught by professors from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), State University of Amazonas (UEA), University of Sao Paulo (USP) and invited experts.

Access is made through Ocean Beginner's own platform, which makes teaching materials and other resources available for study, including lectures, brainstorming and sessions so that participants can ask questions during the classes. It is worth mentioning that the activities carried out in person will take place at the Ocean Beginner Campus, in Manaus.

At the end of the course, participants who obtain at least 75% of success will receive a certificate issued by Ocean confirming their participation in the program. Interested parties can apply through the application that is available for Android or through the official website.

Learn to sell your business with a Pitch course

O pitch sales force is every salesperson's secret weapon. The more refined it is, the greater the chances of converting opportunities into successful sales. And in this race to convince the customer to buy a product or idea, the one who comes out ahead is the one who knows how to make a pitch top notch sales.

This means that to make your revenue soar, you need a short, interesting, and compelling sales pitch. Short enough to last as long as an “elevator conversation”. Interesting to help solve the interlocutor's problems. And convincing to get you to buy.

In a country full of creative minds like Brazil, the lack of education when it comes to making a pitch can cause a great idea to be tucked away in the drawer. And it is with this problem in mind that the course on construction and presentation of a pitch in practice.

IoT Week at Samsung Ocean

 
Also in the December program, there will be three meetings that make up the IoT Week (Internet of Things Week, in free translation). Focusing on the theme “Intelligence of Things”, the virtual classes are scheduled for December 14th, 15th and 16th, and will be taught by professors Sylker Teles, to talk about game interface for folding screens; Mario Bessa, who presents the technology machine learning algorithm , a data visualization tool, and its implementations; and Mauricio Figueiredo, to talk about the Internet of Things in the cloud.

Eduardo Conejo, Senior Innovation Manager in the Research and Development area at Samsung, celebrates that Samsung Ocean closes the year 2021 with another monthly grid of free activities. “This was a very positive year in terms of the quality of the content presented”.
