How was the first season?

Directed by Tim Burton, the first season presents us with the daily life of Wadinha Addams (Jenna Ortega) who, after causing a series of problems at her old school, is forced by her parents, Gomez (Luis Guzmán) and mortitia (Catherine Zeta-Jones), to finish high school at the same school they studied at, Escola Nunca Mais (nevermore academy), known as a place for the “excluded”, or rather, beings or people who have supernatural gifts.

without giving too many spoilers, during the first season Wandinha needs to get used to her new school and deal with the most diverse everyday situations, while trying to understand and master her psychic powers to end a monstrous wave of murders that are happening in the city.

What to expect from the second season of Wandinha?

The plot of the second season is not known for sure, but according to Miles, one of the producers, the series still has a lot to be explored and the focus of this second season would be on a deeper presentation of the character's family and her relationship with Wandinha, just like it was done in some episodes of the first part.

We can't wait to dive headlong into another season and explore the wacky and frightening world of Never Again. We just need to make sure Wandinha doesn't empty the pool first.

It is believed that the main focus of this second part would be on the relationship between mother and daughter with Morticia Addams (Catherine Zeta-Jones), since we saw, in the first season, the protagonist trying to differentiate herself from her mother within the school, looking for ways to create your own story.

No official release date has yet been announced for season two, but in the meantime, you can watch the full first season now available on Netflix.
