Slack crashed? Check if the service is down or having problems

You were fulfilling all your demands and suddenly you realize there are no messages from your work friends; one thing is almost certain: the Slack fell out. First launched in August 2013, this communication service doesn't experience as many instabilities, but it's important to understand if any issues are happening to use an alternative tool.

Are you in the habit of doing a Google search to see if a website is not working? Know that you are not alone in this.

The most interesting feature is the possibility of using a filter that is valid for the last four hours to obtain a more accurate result. It is worth checking if there is a lot of research on Slack, combined with other terms, such as “Slack with problems”, “Slack has fallen”, “Bugs with Slack” ,“Slack is not working” or “Slack off the air”.

Checking if Slack is down on Twitter

Another way to find out if the messaging service is down is by searching the Twitter, as many people look for possible ways to solve the problem. With that in mind, it's worth searching for "Slack fell" in the social network's search magnifying glass and that way, knowing if you're going through the same situation as other people.

There is also the possibility to search for the name of the service in the message magnifier and see tweets in Portuguese in the results. To do this, just type “slack lang:pt” (without the quotes).
