House of The Dragon: Watch teaser for Game of Thrones spin-off series

House of the Dragon had, on the morning of this Tuesday (5), its first official teaser released by HBO Max. The video highlights the launch of the first spin off de Game of Thrones, which debuts in 2022. In it, it is possible to have a preview of some characters from the Targaryen family, battle scenes and references to dragons, giving a greater sense of who the characters will be and what the world was like at that time. Only four words are said in the trailer, and they should drive the series' plot:

gods. kings. Fire. Blood.

Based on book fire and blood, George RR Martin, spin off takes place two centuries before the central plot seen in Game of Thrones and tells the story of King Viserys I (played by Paddy Considine), an important member of the Targaryen Dynasty and ancestor of Daenerys Targaryen. In addition to him, we will also have the presence of his younger brother, Daemon (Matt Smith); her daughter Rhaenyra (Emma D'Arcy); and navigator Corlys Velaryon (Steve Toussaint).

Consisting of 10 episodes, the first season of House of the Dragon does not count on the involvement of the creators of the original series, David Benioff and Dan Weiss. The plot is scheduled to premiere in 2022 on the channel. HBO streaming HBO Max.
