TERM OF CONDITIONS AND USE OF SHOWMETECH
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Website service. https://www.showmetech.com.br, which SHOWMETECH, a legal entity headquartered in the city of São Paulo/SP, Rua Arminda, 132 – 53/54, offers Internet users.

7. SHOWMETECH E-MAIL SERVICE USE POLICY
To ensure satisfactory quality standards in the provision of Showmetech's institutional e-mail service, it is necessary to specify a policy for the use of the technological resources linked to it. Thus, this document establishes a set of rules that are described below:
The mailboxes of users of the showmetech.com.br domain are exclusively intended to meet the interests of Showmetech, and their use for private purposes is prohibited.
The automatic, manual, or acquired by any means, insertion of any electronic address of users of the showmetech.com.br domain in direct mail lists, commercial advertisements, without previous authorization of its responsible (user) is strictly prohibited. Messages not recognized by the user will be considered SPAM and must be rejected by the system. When the messages persist, the user must notify the administration of the systems and networks to take the appropriate legal and administrative measures.
The insertion of addresses from the showmetech.com.br domain under the conditions mentioned above represents an unauthorized use of computer resources owned by Showmetech, which subjects the violator to the penalties provided for in Brazilian legislation.
No address assigned to the user will be commercially traded under any circumstances. Showmetech reserves the ownership of the e-mail address and its content, granting the user only rights related to the use, strictly professional and related to the activities of the website.
The institutional email is considered an official means of communication by Showmetech, therefore, for administrative purposes, the documents and messages sent by the institutional email and received in your message box are the property of Showmetech, reserving to the user only the right of use and visualization. Granting an email account, however, does not give the user power to represent Showmetech.
In order to guarantee the security and correct use of the Showmetech e-mail service, e-mail reading actions will be carried out by the administration, in order to prevent the incorrect use of the service, in cases where the user does not respect the terms agreed in this term.
The user is prohibited from using Showmetech's institutional email service for the purpose of: disseminating advertisements, entertainment messages and "chain" messages, viruses or any type of computer program that is not intended for the performance of its functions or that may be considered harmful to Showmetech's computing environment; issue general communications with an eminently associative, trade union, religious and political party character; perform other harmful activities, tending to compromise the privacy of users, the security and availability of the system, or the institutional image of Showmetech.
If the user no longer participates in Showmetech's activities, the administration reserves the right to deactivate the respective access and email account, including the content stored therein, without prior notice.
There will be a redirection of the e-mail accounts created on Showmetech's servers, to the responsible administrator, for analysis of the content handled in them, without the need for prior notification to the user.
It is the user's responsibility to keep backup copies of their emails off Showmetech's servers, in case they want to use them after periodic system cleanings. Showmetech is not responsible for any content created, edited or removed from the site's servers.

10. WITHDRAWAL AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICES:
