When and where will the festival take place?

How to get?
The Autódromo train station (Line 9 – Esmeralda/Osasco – Bruno Covas-Mendes/Vila Natal) will be very close to the festival entrance and because of this, some nearby roads will be closed during the event.
In an interview with Estadão, governor Tarcisio de Freitas highlighted the preference for using the train, suggesting that those who decided to go by car would likely face roadblocks. The special transport plan will be operational 24 hours a day, covering all subway and train lines, which will run uninterruptedly during the event. Express passes are available from R$40,00, while semi-express passes can be purchased from R$15,00 for a round trip.
Lines 8 and 9 will also have express and semi-express services. Exclusive trains will be available with round trips to specific stations at specific times, with boarding separated from regular services and shorter journey times. O The Town has its own app for easy access to information about the entire festival, including up-to-date schedules for all activities.
It is worth remembering that the application is also the only platform to schedule the use of attractions such as the ferris wheel, the megadrop, the roller coaster and the famous zip line. To make an appointment, just go to the desired attraction, scan the QR Code and choose the available time.
Accessibility
The organization of the event, valuing inclusiveness, made it clear about the special service for people who may need more differentiated attention. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, obese people, the elderly and people with reduced mobility fall into this group. In addition, people with physical, visual, hearing and intellectual disabilities can also use this service.
The festival, in collaboration with professional organizations and specialists in projects of this type, worked together to test the facilities, aiming to offer an improved service for all.
After registering for the ticket, an identification bracelet will be made available at the event and will allow access to areas, use of priority queues at attractions and access to exclusive restrooms.

The sale started on April 18, with some days already sold out. Until the date of this publication, the 02nd and 07th of September still have tickets available.
Each is only valid for a specific day of the festival and grants access to the lawn sector, allowing free movement and entry to all shows and attractions available on that day. The ticket limit is up to four per CPF.

To provide a safer experience, admission to the The Town will be completely digital and will be available for purchase on the Ticketmaster. Once the purchase is made, your ticket details will be accessible in the “My Orders” section.
How to activate?
It is important to remember that to access the event, you will need to download the application warm, as it is through it that you will have access to your ticket to activate it. It is protected by a QR Code, which is constantly updated automatically to ensure security. Screenshots or printouts of the ticket will not be accepted.
In cases of ticket transfer, it can be passed to another person using the transfer feature also in the application warm.
