Surprisingly, new trailer for Avengers: Endgame features several never-before-seen scenes

Prepare your hearts Avengers: Endgame (Avengers: Endgame, in Portuguese) is coming! Disney today released, by surprise, the new trailer for the long-awaited sequel to the Avengers franchise.

And it's no wonder: with the debut of Captain Marvel (Captain Marvel) this week breaking box office records, Mickey's company raises fan expectations even more with the outcome of one of the most tragic and revolting plot twists in the Marvel Universe.

As is known, and suffered, in the last Avengers: Infinity War - Avengers: Infinity War (2018)), things didn't turn out too well for our heroes.

Very different from having saved the world at the end of the day, the villain Thanos, in addition to being victorious, also decimated half of the world's population. Including part of the Avengers team.

To those who remained, there was only one desperate option left, that of a counterattack, with the help, perhaps, of new faces… You say, Captain Marvel? Ant Man? And even some old colleagues, like Gavião Arqueiro, who had been missing since Avengers: Civil War – Avengers: Civil War (2016).

Avengers: Endgame generates high expectations

It is from this point that the new trailer for the franchise starts, making a brief recap of the final tragedies, flashbacks of the origin story of some key heroes and establishing such a welcome spark of hope.

with the mantra "Whatever it takes" ("whatever it takes", literally translated), they'll do anything to reverse Thanos' deeds, even if Josh Brolin's own Thanos avoids making an appearance in the trailer.

Whatever last plan the heroes of the Marvel universe try, at least we know it's going to be in a big way, with the reveal of some white uniforms and new members. The trailer ends with a surprise: a scene with Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) and Thor (Chris Hemsworth).

With Avengers: Endgame, actors that Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans, who respectively live the heroes Iron Man (2008) e Captain America (2011) say goodbye to their characters and pave the way for a new generation of company heroes, led by Black Panther (2018), Spider-Man (2017) e Captain Marvel (2019).

Regardless of Thanos' plans, there is only one certainty: a new stage is closed and the future of Marvel in cinema is unknown and exciting. 

With the premiere scheduled for April 26 this year, Avengers: Endgame ends a 10-year cycle of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
