Tutorial: Learn How to Unsend Emails in Gmail

Yeah, mistakes like that not are rare and, precisely because of this, in 2015, Gmail has implemented the function 'undo send' which not only cancels the message going but also saves a lot of people from situations embarrassing. Activating the 'Undo Send'

• activate the 'Undo Send' in Gmail is quite simple, just follow the images and following instructions: first, open your gmail and find the Settings at the top right corner. Press this button and proceed to the Settings;

• being in Settings, stay on the first tab and check the 'Undo Send'. Note that, in the button below, it is possible to define how many seconds you will have to cancel sending an email. We recommend leaving this value at 30 the 2nd.

Ready! From now on, whenever you send an email, an option to 'Undo' will be displayed at the top of the screen, allowing you to un-exit the message with a single click. Limitations

Although very useful, the feature has its limitations, for example: after pressing the 'Send enquiry', you only have 30 seconds to undo the action. Unable to cancel submission after addition, and in the resource settings themselves, there are options with time limits still smaller – 30 seconds is the deadline maximum available in the function.

In addition, the tool is only able to cancel shipments made after its activation, that is, it's no use sending an email and only then activating the feature, it not may retain previous submissions.
