What is Nintendo Switch Online?
Nintendo Switch Online opened its doors in September 2018, with the release of the firmware 6.0.0 for the Nintendo Switch. How to backup?
With Nintendo Switch Online activated, having your game files saved in the cloud is very simple: just play while your Nintendo Switch is connected to the Internet. After closing the game from the system menu, the backup from your game file is automatically uploaded to the Nintendo Switch Online cloud. You don't need to do anything else if you're online. If you do not have access to any network, the backup of saved games will be carried out the next time you access the Internet.
If you want to manually upload this to the Nintendo Switch Online cloud, you can do so via the Nintendo Switch main menu, or via your console's options. to do the backup of game files saved in the cloud through the main menu, just select the game whose saved files in the internal memory you want to send to the cloud and press the + button on the controller.
