Tutorial: How to find out your Uber passenger rating

One of the main advantages of Uber is the possibility of evaluating the driver. With this strategy, the company is able to prioritize the good drivers and identify the bad ones, focusing on maintaining the good quality of the service. Often, many users avoid drivers with lower scores, a way to make them strive to provide the best possible service. Although, the passenger is also evaluated on Uber. When the race is finished, the driver grades the user in the same way he is rated.

Step by step

• With the app open, open the menu (upper left corner). Then click on “Help”:

• Then go to “Account and Payment”.

• Now go to “Account Settings and Reviews”.

• “How do reviews work?”

• Finally, click on “Submit”.

• A window will appear with your score in the Uber with a maximum of 5.0.
