Earlier this month, Google surprised the public by releasing a promotional video that revealed details about the highly anticipated Google Pixel 8 e Pixel 8Pro. However, the recent leak of a promotional video, shared with 91mobiles from leaker Kamila Wojciechowska, revealed a series of innovations integrated into the cameras of these smartphones, while also presenting detailed information about their sensors.
The highlights are the numerous photography resources offered by both 50MP primary cameras, encompassing everything from the innovative Real tone up to resources night vision, astrophotography, super resolution zoom , and more.
What the Google Pixel 8 series promotional video reveals
Among the camera's features, the exclusive ones stand out Pro controls, aimed at the Pixel 8 Pro, as well as the Real tone, Night vision, Astrophotography and Super Res Zoom. In addition to them, we have MagicEditor, which allows not only the removal of objects and people from photos, but also the ability to reposition them, change the image setting and adjust exposure, contrast and saturation for perfect harmony.
Another feature worth highlighting is the so-called Best Take, which uses artificial intelligence to identify faces and capture multiple images. This functionality allows users, after capturing the photo, to interact with the faces of the people in the image, selecting the version that best represents people's smiles and open eyes. Based on these choices, artificial intelligence takes the lead in composing the final image, ensuring that the best possible photograph is obtained.
When it comes to videos, Google has introduced a number of improvements such as Video Boost, Night vision for captures in low light environments and the “Audio Remover”, the aim of which is to reduce unwanted background noise. Furthermore, the new line features major improvements in accurate representation of skin tones.
