O WhatsApp all with Android received an update this Wednesday (22) that promises to give something to talk about. Now it is possible to mute that annoying friend of yours, who sends messages at any time. Additionally, users will also be able to mark a message as “Unread“, to remember to see it later, and activate an option to reduce data usage, during a voice call.
The function of marking a contact's conversation as "Unread“, works the same way as e-mail services, to remember to reply or look at the conversation again later. This feature don't avoid let the user know that you have read their message, through the read receipt, represented by two blue ticks.
The most interesting part of this update seems to be the option to mute a conversation, an option that was previously only possible for groups. When entering a contact's profile, we can customize notifications individually, that is, you can choose a personalized ringtone, vibration, notification LED color for each contact and even choose whether or not to display one. pop-up of notification.

Accessing the settings menu in your account, the user will also be able to see network usage statistics, the number of messages sent and received, in addition to a very interesting item: In Network usage I could see the presence of the item: “Google Drive Backup Bytes Sent/Received”, which may indicate the return of the resource, that had been implemented in the messenger and was removed soon after.
To install the application you need to allow the installation of applications from unknown sources, which can be found at Settings > Security > Fonts unknown. All these novelties are present in the version 2.12.194 which is not yet on the Play Store, but can be downloaded from official app website.
