Xiaomi launches Mix Fold 2, the world's thinnest folding smartphone

The week has been full of news in the foldable smartphone segment. In design, the Xiaomi sought to produce a very thin device. And it did. When opened, it has just 5,4 millimeters when open and 11,4 mm when closed, relying on the camera module. Like the company's latest line of top-of-the-line cell phones, the Xiaomi worked with Leica to adjust the model's rear cameras. The sensors are similar to what we have in the Xiaomi 12, with the main sensor 766MP Sony IMX50, 13MP ultra wide and 8MP 2x telephoto. O Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 is already on pre-sale in China, but no release date for the rest of the world. It will be sold from August 16th at a price of 8.999 yuan (~R$6.790) for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage version, 9.999 yuan (~R$7.617) for the 12GB RAM version. and 512 of storage and 11.999 yuan (~US$ 9.142) in the version with 1 TB of available space.
